Step 2: Survey
This on-boarding survey is designed to gather insights into your business, client base, and messaging.
By taking the time to share these valuable details with us, you enable our team to craft customized content that aligns with your brand and business messaging.
Your provided information will help us establish a solid foundation for a successful long-term relationship and to deliver personalized and effective solutions from the very beginning.
This form will take about 10-15 minutes to complete.
If there are any questions that don’t apply to your business, you can leave that question blank or write “n/a”

Step 4: Review
To establish a baseline of social media posts, we’ll send you a batch of ten posts that we’ve created for your business for review, approval, and/or notes.
If you have photos, videos, graphics, animations, etc that you would like us to use for your social media posts, you would provide them for us to utilize for your social content. This is most often done with you providing a link to a Dropbox or Google Drive folder.
To do this, we reference your onboarding survey, your website, and existing content on your social media accounts.
If there are any changes that need to be made, you can leave a comment on any of the posts that were created for your review.
If you approve all of the posts, then we have a good handle on the content that aligns with your business and will begin scheduling these posts for your accounts.
Once we’re fully synced with your preferences and the posts have your approval, we take care of it from there.
You can always contact us with notes, questions, content, etc – but you don’t have an ongoing need to review or approve any content after the initial approval batch.
You always have full control of your social media accounts and can post to them at any time in addition to the standard posts that we do for your business.
